friendly staff early check-in slow checkout upsetting experience
Nooma at the front desk was very friendly. She helped with an early check-in. I was happy about this hotel. The location is near Nana BTS. It is only a few hundred meters away.
I had to wait while someone checked my room. My driver was also told to wait. I was like a criminal. I forgot my bag of breakfast because I was upset.

I encountered two main issues. The room doors seemed thin, because noise from the hallway was easily audible. Also I was disappointed with the limited breakfast options. I expected more variety.

The friendly and helpful staff, especially Nooma. House keeping was prompt and efficient! The location was close to bars and restaurants! It was easy to get a taxi right outside THE front door.

The hotel boasts a very convenient central location. I especially liked the well-stocked mini-bar. It was surprisingly cheap!
The air conditioning unit was broken in my room. The room lights stayed on all night since no switches managed to turn them off!
